I, at first a little skeptical, said well, either! I started looking through the fridge trying to combine some ingredients that would work with pineapple. And here's what came out :)

RECIPE PREPARATION Pork with pineapple and sweet and sour sauce:

In a hot pan I added 2 tablespoons of oil and I hardened the onion and pepper. When they started to turn golden I added pineapple.

I mixed lightly and left on the fire for 5 minutes.

Then I added pork, garlic, spices.

After another 5 minutes I added the tomatoes and wine.

When the flavor fills your kitchen, then you know it's ready :)

Serve with rice, noodles, or regular noodles as we did.
