  • a bell pepper cleaned of seeds and washed
  • a washed hot pepper
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • half a teaspoon of hot paprika
  • a quarter teaspoon of cumin (or cumin)
  • a teaspoon of dried mint
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 liters of water or vegetable or chicken soup

RECIPE PREPARATION Red Lentil Cream Soup (Video Recipe):

Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the carrot into thin slices. Finely chop the celery. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the hot pepper. (We wash our hands very well after we finish with the hot pepper!)

We prepare the stove and a pot. Put the oil in the pot. Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, pepper and hot pepper to the pot. Heat until the vegetables start to become soft.

A teaspoon of butter, 100 g of bacon or smoked mussels cut into very small cubes, 3-4 slices of bread cut into cubes and chopped green parsley are pulled into the pan over high heat, stirring constantly, then put in a tray and serve. oven for 15 minutes.

  • Red lentils 250 g
  • Onions 100 g
  • Garlic 3-4 puppies
